Once you've used Refundid, your refund process is complete.

If you haven't yet returned your items, please send them by using the postage label issued to your emails.

You will be prompted to provide your chosen BSB and Account Number.

Refundid cannot be used for non-refundable items. Please review our returns policy to determine which items are ineligible.

Additionally, Refundid is not available for orders paid with a gift card.

Refunds through Refundid are processed instantly, meaning the funds will be in your bank account within 60 seconds of submitting your return.

When you purchase an item using AfterPay or any other buy now, pay later service, you can still request a refund from Refundid by following the Refundid process.

Please be aware that the refund will not cover any remaining Buy Now Pay Later payments, and you will still need to pay any outstanding instalments to your Buy Now Pay Later provider. For more details, click here.
