INFORMATION

We offer refunds, credit notes and exchanges on full priced items within 14 days from the order’s dispatch date (Australian-based customers). For customers located outside of Australia, you have 14 days from the order's dispatch date to receive a refund or credit note, and 21 days for an exchange.

Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

All items must be in original condition with tags attached and in their original garment bag. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged, altered or covered in pet / human hair cannot be returned.

Bayse reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet or align with our return policy. 

Return fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange fees are charged through the return portal. An exchange fee includes the cost of returning the garment and dispatching the new order via express shipping.

Domestic Returns = $9.95 AUD
Domestic Exchanges = $19.90 AUD

International Returns = $30 AUD
International Exchanges = $40 AUD

Our returns portal generates Australia Post Standard (Domestic) and DHL Express (International) shipping labels. We ask that you allow 5-10 business days for your return to be received back to us.

All returns must be successfully lodged through our returns portal above.

  1. Check that your order aligns with our returns policy.
  2. Submit your return via our returns portal.
  3. Please ensure your order is taken to the post office within the below timeframes:

    Domestic (Australian-based):
    Refund / Credit / Exchange - 14 days from dispatch date.

    International:
    Refund / Credit - 14 days from dispatch date. Exchange - 21 days from dispatch date

  4. Once your return has been delivered to our Warehouse, we kindly ask that you allow 10 business days for your return to be processed accordingly.

Your refund will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card.

If your return has not been approved via our portal, please wait for our Customer Care Team for further instructions.

A $9.95 AUD fee will be deducted from your Instant and/or Standard refund to cover the cost of shipping.

Instant Refund
You will receive an instant refund back onto the nominated payment method. Please ship back your return within 14 days of lodging your form, and ensure you have followed all the instructions set out by Refundid. 

Instant Exchange (Size Only)
After your exchange is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your new size. Please return your item within 14 days, to avoid being charged for the item.

Please note, all exchanges incur a $19.90 fee which includes the cost of returning the garment AND dispatching the new order via express shipping ($9.95 + $9.95).

Standard Refund & Exchange
After lodging your returns form, please ship your item back to us within 14 days. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed, in which you will receive a confirmation email once completed.

A $30.00 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping.

Instant Refund
You will receive an instant refund back onto the nominated payment method. Please ship back your return within 14 days of lodging your form, and ensure you have followed all the instructions set out by Refundid.

Instant Exchange (Size Only)
INSTANT EXCHANGES FOR US CUSTOMERS IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. PLEASE PROCESS A STANDARD EXCHANGE FOR THE TIME BEING.

After your exchange is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your new size. Please return your item within 14 days, to avoid being charged for the item.

Standard Refund & Exchange
After lodging your returns form, please ship your item back to us within 14 days. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed, in which you will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Please note, exchanges incur a $40.00 AUD fee which includes the cost of returning the garment AND dispatching the new order via express shipping.

If you are located outside of Australia or the United States, you will need to lodge a returns form for a standard refund, credit note and/or exchange. 

Returns for a refund / store credit are $30.00, and exchanges are $40.00 AUD.

Once you have lodged your returns form, please ensure it is returned within 14 days if the refund or store credit option was selected, and within 21 days for exchanges.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed accordingly.

RETURN OPTIONS

Instant Refunds

  • Refundid is a verified instant refund service, meaning you can receive your refund immediately, even before returning your items.
  • To complete this process, Refundid will ask for your personal information to verify the refund. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
  • Refundid is available for AU and US orders only.
  • If you opt for Refundid, your refund will be transferred instantly to your nominated bank account.
  • Please be aware that, although you receive your refund right away, we will still need time to confirm the return of your items after we receive your parcel.
  • Bayse is not liable for any refund reversals from Refundid if the customer hasn't followed all required steps. If your refund is reversed, you will have to wait until we physically receive your return in order to manually process it.

Instant Exchanges

  • Instant exchanges are currently only available for AUS and US orders only.
  • With a size exchange, you can secure your preferred size immediately, ensuring you don’t miss out on it.
  • To initiate an exchange, enter your order details and select the size you wish to exchange. If your desired size is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.
  • Once you've chosen the new size, you’ll receive a return label via email to send back your original item. Just print the label, pack your item securely, and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
  • After submitting your exchange, your new size will be processed and dispatched in line with our regular shipping and delivery times.

If you are located outside of Australia or the United States, you will need to lodge a return form for a standard refund, exchange or credit note.

Once you have lodged your form through our returns portal, please ship back your return within 14 days if the refund/store credit options are selected, or 21 days for an exchange.

Receive a credit note with an added 10% bonus, which will be processed upon receiving and assessing your return at our warehouse.

Please note, all credit notes are processed in AUD.

If you receive an item which you believe is faulty due to manufacturing or shipping damage, please email customercare@baysebrand.com with visible images as soon as you receive them.

Please note, items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear are not deemed faulty.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will treat your claim with priority.

Products purchased during any promotional periods, or when using discount codes (excluding the welcome discount) can only be returned for a credit note or exchange.

Once you make a purchase from our sale section, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned as it is the final sale of the garment.

Please ensure you carefully review and consider this prior to making a purchase.

The welcome discount cannot be applied to final sale items.
